If you didn't find what you were looking for request a custom order and we will gladly make what you were looking for!
Once you place your order you will Receive a Package with a FREE MOLDING KIT that will be used to mold your teeth first. After doing your teeth impression don't forget to ship back to us in order for us to customize your grill. Once we receive your teeth impressions please give us 1-3 days for us to customize and hand make your grill. As soon as we are done production we will ship you your custom grill immediately.

(Q)What to put in the Personalization box?
(A)The Personalization Section you can put anything but of you want the listing as is then you can insert :" As is", any add are extra.
(Q)What if I'm missing teeth or my teeth are broken?
(A)We do charge a fee for missing teeth or broken teeth but we make it look like if you were missing anything.
(Q)How will the grillz fit my teeth?
(A)A molding kit comes with detail instructions on how to do your teeth impression, each order receives ONLY 1 FREE MOLD KIT. If you take long to make the impression and the putty dries out , loose the mold kit, or made a bad impression you are responsible of purchasing a new mold kit please make sure you read the instruction before making any impression
(Q)Where are the prices listed?
(A)The prices are listed in the Material section. Please make sure you put attention on the choice you make in the Material section, based on what you choose in the material section is what you will receive.
(Q)Can I get a refund?
(A) Yes we do accept return as long as you message us 6 hours after your order went through.
(Q)Can I have this set with extended fangs?
(A)We have selected listings that come with with extended fangs . If you find a listing that you like and would add extended fangs it has an extra charge of $30 since it takes time and more material.

Return Policies
Shipping:
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns:
1. For custom grillz orders, a refund is possible within 30 days of purchase only if production has not yet begun.
2. Once production starts, all sales are final.
3. If you cancel after sending molds, a 20% cancellation fee plus a $25 mold kit fee per kit will be deducted.
4. After 30 days from purchase, no refunds are issued — only store credit.
5. Completed custom items cannot be returned.
6. You have 7 days after receiving the custom grillz to report fit or defect issues; we’ll provide free adjustment.
