Once you place your order you will receive FREE SHIPPING for the FREE MOLDING KIT that will be used to mold your teeth first. After doing your teeth impression you will ship us your teeth impression back to us in order for us to customize and make your grill. Once we receive your teeth impressions please give us 1-3 days for us to customize and hand make your grill. As soon as we are done with production we will ship you your custom grill. Also with your purchase you will receive a FREE CLEANING JEWELRY CLOTH!

Return Policies
Shipping:
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns:
1. For custom grillz orders, a refund is possible within 30 days of purchase only if production has not yet begun.
2. Once production starts, all sales are final.
3. If you cancel after sending molds, a 20% cancellation fee plus a $25 mold kit fee per kit will be deducted.
4. After 30 days from purchase, no refunds are issued — only store credit.
5. Completed custom items cannot be returned.
6. You have 7 days after receiving the custom grillz to report fit or defect issues; we’ll provide free adjustment.
